Beatzbase was started in the mid-nineties as a personal project for its creator, Mark Gracey. Initially it was a HTML and Perl driven database of dance music based on Mark’s own record and CD collection and grew from there.
In recent years it has become a blog rather than a database site but the principle has always been simple: to promote good dance music.
If you represent an artist, label, DJ or producer and would like to have their details represented on Beatzbase then just send the details to beatz@beatzbase.com. If promos are available I will also do a review.
