Yes, Solarstone is back with his new album “Pure”. Released on Monday on Blackhole recordings, the album features 13 tracks featuring co-productions with artists like Aly & Fila and Giuseppe Ottaviani and vocals from the likes of Betsie Larkin, Clare Stagg, Billy McGruddy and Hannah Magenta.
Solarstone says about the album “I recorded this album as a reaction to all the riven division that’s crept into trance over the last 3 years. It’s a kickback against nonsense genre terminologies and a fight-back against the self-appointed style councils that try to tell us what music’s cool and what the latest must-like is. Against tracks that have such a mish-mash of sound styles that even their producers don’t know what they are making. This album is both a purification and celebration of the term TRANCE.” Amen to that!

Steve Lawler’s VIVa MUSiC will be releasing the debut from Italian tech house DJ and producer, Leon. The album is out on 28th May and features an array of styles from the dreamy opener to minimal, techno and deep house.

This debut from Solo, out on 4th June on Defected, got its first play on Pete Tong’s Radio 1 show on Friday. It’s a rather tasty, pumping, progressive track featuring the sultry vocals of Syron.
